Pros
REGULAR ON TIME
NO OVERTIME
Cons
1) After consultation with the colleagues we found that we were told a lot of lies in general in the interview.
2) In the interview the manager told me that people are bored to work (he constantly blamed the workers) and that some people were sleeping on the desk until the contract was over. Classic employer tactic presents you as the victim while he is the perpetrator so the employees are forced to leave.
3) The ad was misleading, i.e. it said secretarial support employee, when in fact it is a telephone number. And not even a normal phone like the decent ones, that is a headset, a microphone and an application on the pc that automatically pulls up phone numbers and customer information, they gave us company cell phones to hold in one hand and take notes with the other.
4) In the ad it said 850 euros net + 130 euros in vouchers while in the end it was 720 euros net and in the contract it is written in small print that the company is not obliged to pay you the 130 euros if you do not achieve its goals. They also started us with a 15 day contract (they didn't even mention this to some in the interview) and then anyone who doesn't sell is kicked out as the old guys told us.
5) They played the music full blast most of the time we called so we couldn't hear them and they couldn't hear us. They also forced employees to walk up and down while talking on the phone when making sales (so they wouldn't think). When I asked the manager why the music has to be over he replied so that you don't hear the customer refusing you and the customer is not sure of what he heard and is embarrassed to refuse you.
6) We would observe the managers going next to the children walking up and down and teaching them manipulative methods, manipulative and mental coercion techniques to the business clients.
7) On 13/09/22, most of us resigned because the ad said that we were starting at the company's new offices in Neo Heraklion (I asked one of the older ones and they weren't new), we went there on the 1st day, on the 2nd day they told us to we go to the other offices in Faliro (I asked the manager and he told me that they go there once a month to get to know the employees there) LIE and that because when we went there 2 Russian suits came and informed us that the offices in N. Heraklion are closing permanently and from now on we will be in Faliro. A fellow newbie who was singled out told us that they told him that since the day before, they are already discriminating. What a joke!!!!!!
8) One last thing, those who have written good reviews about this company are people who work there, I have already met them.
