Everything else, it starts with the founders who are oblivious to the world and their employees, to the lack of real vision and any prospects for either the company or the employees. employees are treated more as slave, being told what to do as opposed to being supported to do the right thing. It creates a very negative environment. The founders enjoy shaming the employees in public as well, so hopefully you have a tough skin if you decide to join!
