Pros
None. There is absolutely no advantages to working here unless you are desperate or like to talk about 'Alternative Medicine' aka quack treatments all day in the office.
Cons
Badly run charity run by proxy-administrators making everyone anxious, over-worked and stressed and then eventually redundant if you didn't resign already. After a host of fatal business decisions by a clueless ex-director they now employ shameless bully tactics; screwing you out of every penny, withholding and disputing mileage claims as they are in full blown panic mode due to already 3 rounds of redundancy in 2 years and forced closure of whole hosts of offices. Trying to find money from anywhere flogging crap non-commercially relevant software to organisations strapped for cash that you are desperately trying to actually help around impossible targets. SO many security and data confidentiality breaches and a poisonous culture that means they have very few valuable people left and has damaged their reputation permanently.Don't do it.
