Don’t trust fake reviews - Engineer Advisor360° Employee Review

Advisor360° has been very good to me personally and professionally. We often talk about building a company you can bet your career on, and that's exactly what I'm doing here. It's not out of blind loyalty. I'm willing to bet my career here because we are changing where the market is going and I have full confidence in our strategy to get there. We listen to employee feedback. We don't pretend to be perfect, but we're always looking to raise the bar. This is the type of company I want to work for and bet my career on.

Startups aren't for everyone - the pace is fast but IMO this is what makes it fun

Working with the previous two CPOs was an amazing experience—they brought strong leadership, clarity, and direction. I learned a lot during that time and saw significant personal and professional growth. It was genuinely a great place to work and develop.

With the current interim CPO, things have not been going well. There is a noticeable lack of experience, and it has led to confusion and turmoil within the team.
