- CS org has had major improvements in structure and operations throughout the past few years and the organizational structure that AdvicePay uses as a whole keeps everyone on the same page.
- Company onsites twice a year in Bozeman, MT promotes a really cohesive team experience.

- Below average salaries - hopefully will improve as the company grows and becomes the market standard for their industry.
- Growth opportunities - not a unique issue, small but scaling startups can often have a gap here, which again likely will improve over time.
