Pros

Not much. Some nice co-workers.

Cons

This is probably the worst company In Finland. A land of false promises. First, they will attract you with a generous bonus formula based on your billable hours that will be added on top of your base salary. This seems very attractive, but this apply only if you make overtime, and the client is willing to paid. Fine normal. But if that happened, the company would always find a way not to paid you extra time with some bogus reasons. Every excuse will be presented to you to exclude you from getting pay the amount you expected. The bonus formula is just a scam. This led to the second fact. If you’re a senior consultant, they will attract you by saying that they have a lot of demand for your skills and they need you right away. What you will find out when you get there is that they do not have any work for you. What they want is your contacts and relationships. They will ask you names, and they will contact them to sold you there. As their reputation is not great, they need your input to get to prime level companies. Their client base is made mostly from second tier companies except for a bank. If you do not want to share your relations or they cannot sell your services, you are doomed. This led to the third fact. They claimed that they are a fast-growing company. Again, this is not true. The company workforce stagnates under 30 people for years. Only few hardcore employees remain there. It is not difficult to get hire there. The onboarding process is fast forward, But why? Simply because of the heavy employe turnaround. Most of the people do not work there for long. The poor salary paid, the lack of opportunities and false promises from senior managers place employees on a carrousel. Watch out also of the social media hype. Their Web site is full of nice pictures of beautiful landscape. Quite a contradiction of their office which is located in a cheap building in Helsinki suburb. The first time you go there, you will most likely be greeted by one of these few senior consultants dressed in sloppy clothes. Quite a contrast with the image they try to sell. Leadership promised to move out to a nicer place for years. Another broken promise. Employees are strongly encouraged to follow their social medias to create some hype for them. This is their only way to get some attention. Based on that, do not trust highly favorable reviews on any platform. They are generally not very much detailed while those that are least favorable present the grim reality. Make your own conclusions. Finland is a nice place to work. This place is not.

Pros

Nice people, fun events, opportunities for remote work in multiple offices in Finland, Espoo office looks kinda nice.

Cons

Poor decision-makers, high staff turnover, and poor onboarding. Management and marketing are out of touch with development reality, resulting in unreasonable deadlines, budgets, and false promises to customers. This results in several projects existing in development limbo without any direction or progress, due to them not being doable in the begin with.
