      Pros

      Opportunity to travel and see the world and connect to a group of students. The training is excellent and very thorough. Coolest group of co-workers you'll ever meet, it's honestly an amazing networking opportunity. The ARCC office is very supportive of trip leaders while theyre on trip.

      Cons

      Students are often very privileged and can be hard to work with. Sometimes it may be hard to avoid the white savior complex and meaningless voluntourism. It is up to each trip leader to ensure meaningful and intentional opportunities to process the impact on that country.

      Pros

      - ARCC cares a lot about it's employees and they do their best to help you - amazing travel destinations - Decent pay for the sector

      Cons

      - Job insecurity based on enrollment, sometimes not clear around this - Students are very privileged - very intensive when you are working, but honestly okay if you like that kind of thing

      Pros

      Flexible schedule and vacation time, full medical benefits, great view of the bay, pro-deal and global travel connections, amazing office staff, ability to lead with your skills and take on greater responsibility, incredible management and support, opportunity to travel internationally, learn ins/outs of a running a business, work closely with upper management.

      Cons

      Although you can take on greater responsibility and pursue your strengths, there is not a lot of long term upward mobility.
