      This company is very family orientated so they are flexible when it comes to important things in your life that are not work related.

      Cons

      The industry is very fast paced and always changing so it makes keeping up a challenge (which isn't always a bad thing).

      Pros

      Fellow workers are good people.

      Cons

      Management. Management is basically run by novices. Management changes in house rules week to week. Management fires employees who are injured on company premises after L&I closes injury claims. Management acts with beligerence and condecendency with employees. Management is untruthful.
