Cons
CEO is not visible and can't bother to say hi to most people. He never recognizes employees. He favors three individuals over everyone else. It seems the credit union is run by these 3 individuals. New senior management has no respect for old senior management. It is a shame because the new management could learn a lot from individuals with experience, knowledge and no egos or attitude. Constant talk about new culture, but it is not defined and seems to be only determined by the CEO.Input should come from all levels Communication could be better at all levels. Too much negativity and issues that are not being addressed or taken seriously. Listen to your employees without being defensive! Not enough recognition or "thank you". Internal policies are not always followed causing a lot of double standards and favoritism.
