Pros
Great place to start if you are trying to find convenience if you want a workplace that is closer to home since this organization is trying to open many medical offices and open a hospitals. Great experience if you want to work in a small community. It gives you a small amount of pressure since it is not as hectic compared to working in the city.
Cons
Horrible management. Staff can be mean. Higher ups seems to forget to work on the improving the facility, such as the ceiling has leaks, patient's room is so small it is difficult to give patient procedures. Providers cannot move around. Lab is so small, staff is getting injured -it is hard to move around. Manager/directors cannot provide a breakroom, water dispenser and a fridge. Breakroom seems like a dressing room not a breakroom The pay is so small. The raise is small. Seems like staff is underappreciated. Staffing is always understaff. Nobody really wants to work, if someone apply they leave in the next day. No one lasts. Benefits are not as good as you think please check fine lines first! vision care is not good.
