Our Legacy- Very poorly managed tissue team - Tissue Recovery Coordinator AdventHealth Orlando Employee Review

Absolutely terrible management at the tissue recovery department for Our Legacy at AdventHealth - Orlando. The management lets the workers run the organization, there is no accountability. They simply do not know how to manage. Over the 5 years I worked here I spoke with 6 different HR employees multiple times each year in attempt to resolve behavioral issues with coworkers that ultimately were never corrected. In general AdventHealth is not a great hospital to work for, but the tissue bank and organ procurement agency at Our Legacy is TERRIBLE. The company has had to restructure over 2-3 times in the last couple of years due to high turnover and poor management.
