Pros
Good PTO, small happy hour on Friday afternoons, Health insurance available, once you are trained there is the option to work from home. Pay is okay not great.
Cons
This place was two companies that "merged" to make Advarra but really one took over the other. Then Advarra acquired another company. There is a very clear hierarchy and if you are not from the 'parent company' it is very clear you don't matter. There is a ton of micromanagement and absolutely zero support for staff. Most managers care and want to provide support but they have no power or ability to change anything. The culture here is not great, no real teamwork and no sense from any corporate leadership that they want to improve. Definetly not a customer focused culture. Poor process management and there are very few SOPs and almost no training. Work/life balance isn't great although you can work from home.
