Very competent employees, very collegial and friendly atmosphere, good access to upper management and ideas are respected and taken very seriously.

The working conditions in the warehouse can be quite hot although that is understandable given the nature of the work being done.

Great people, You are surrounded with some great talent. You are always given the opportunity to share your vision and run with it.

Management has little business experience which has hurt the growth of the company. I don't see Advantix in it's current form surviving 2015.
