      Pros

      The first few months you pretty much get the picture.

      Cons

      The management have horrific tempers. They are constantly yelling at one employee of the other. It made it extremely uncomfortable to all employees because you never knew when you would be in the firing line. And their turnover is very high.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. APM manages over 100 associations so there is ample room for advancement.

      Cons

      After 7 years working with APM I do not see any cons. I only left because of relocation north.

      Pros

      Great job if you love meeting & helping people! The majority of the day is spent alone, utilizing your time management skills.

      Cons

      Not exactly the most streamlined policies for ANY category/mundane task. I felt micromanaged with "busy work" that Corporate could have easily retrieved. This would have left sufficient time to actually run the facility.
