The Houston office is small and there is a real family atmosphere, everyone on my team is constantly working to improve our offering so that the client is happy.

With a small team we have to be crossed trained to help each other when we hit our busy season, this can become a bit stressful.

The clients are wonderful and help you get through your work days.

Everything about ABS was just unprofessional and a horror story. The manipulation, micromanaging, and lots of mean girl bullying that comes from executive team. They do not appreciate or mentor their employees. It is a sink or swim environment. The executive teams mentality is just google it. The company is small only about 8 employees which makes it hard to endure with all that is happening there. Most of the reviews online are from previous employees. Out of a total of 8 employees normally staffed they have lost a total of 8 employees in 2021. Its insane. I wish this review existed when I was searching. The COO is constantly attempting to push the CEO to retire so that she can take over. It is a very hostile work environment. My experience with ABS did not leave me confident that this organization would remain in business and my mortgage would be paid. Run….
