Leadership has no idea how to get to market. Start up for 7 years with no direction/purpose. Leadership is very corrupt, Leadership rarely on site. They do not care about their employees. Company has zero retention. Low morale, most people not acting as a team. No accountability. Employees can not do their job and receive no discipline. Management only aim to benefit themselves. Hard work does not get recognized. Leadership goes on year long maternity leaves and month long vacations on company time doing whatever they please. Employees are expected to do Hail Marys constantly. They lie to anyone in the interview process and the state of the company. Save yourself the stress of job security.
