Don’t worry about the commission because you probably will not make it there long enough to earn it. There is a reason they are hiring every 6 months in Houston. They usually hire reps in groups then cut them loose after they clean up the database. The company is very poorly run. Filed for bankruptcy a few years ago is all you need to know. Furthermore, their IT support for their customer base consist of one guy who works from home. Be prepared to have customers calling you for support. Worst company I have ever worked for, hands down.
