Allowed me to provide my expertise back to my previous employer, serving as a consultant. As the younger employees gained in skill and experience I was able to work fewer and fewer hours every year, finally completely entering full retirement.

The onboarding was easy. Benefits are alright.

Seem to be a smaller company. Management could be better at being present.
