      Work on a military installation, and frequent travel to other installations.

      Cons

      Leadership is subpar at best. A senior shareholder's identity was stolen, and the perpetrator has been using this data to try and "spoof" me into making illegal purchases. When this was reported, the company simply told me to block the entity, and did nothing else.

      Pay is decent because it's contract work.

      Cons

      Government contract work so instability is a factor. The government can decide to not take the next option year. If the company loses the contract, there's no guarantee you keep your position.
