Flexible but not worthy company - Sr. Program Assistant Advanced Technology International Employee Review

Growth is nonexistent. They only hire people they want to hire and not qualified. They hire outside, just for those new people to quit with a few months. Does not value diversity and inclusion. The culture is broken. They gave us complete so many surveys, just for them to tell us, they will not take the cost of living riding into affect.
