Company dicriminates; filed a complaint with EEOC - Subcontract Administrator Advanced Technology International Employee Review

Atmosphere is very dry, as though you are not allowed to casually talk to anyone. If you are a creative person, this company will crush it. I cant believe I quit my previous employer of 5 years to work for this company, only to have them fire me for what I believe to be personal reasons. Hence, the complaint I filed with the EEOC (Equal Employer Opportunity Commission). I now understand why turnover at this company is so high.
