Cons

Has been a slight challenge to keep up with company growth, but the growth is positive.

Pros

Unlimited PTO -IF- you are not up against deadlines. Some of the people here are cool and interesting. There’s a high degree of freedom given within the work. They host fun parties.

Cons

Exploitative leadership believe in squeezing out maximum work for the smallest pay possible. They refuse to hire to back fill your position unless you work more than 40 hours consistently. They argue you can’t be short staffed if you are not working overtime regularly. While there they also weakened the bonus structure so even when working very hard and performing highly, you are given a low bonus. They argue everyone there is a high performer so high performance is not remarkable. While there they ended other financial benefits that helped offset low pay, including cutting raises and ending the phone bill credit. They believe their workers should be grateful for simply having a job, while manipulating hires to stay more than a year with a sign on bonus that requires a year stay. The leadership are out of touch and sometimes even abusive. I saw people get harassed and nothing happen to the harasser. I saw others try to speak up and watched them be silenced or fired. The management have very little leadership training and often respond poorly to concerns or feedback. Their lack of training allows toxic dynamics to fester and even creates them sometimes.
