Poor work quality accountability, leadership is trying to move in too many directions at once so processes and procedures are not enforced.
Oh the nepotism, yes... it is present at APS, it is a HUGE issue when that factor causes management to overlook the failings when tasks and projects are assigned not on ability or true relative work experience but based on favoritism and familial relationship status to management.
Expectations are not based on the actual job role across the board but individually and if management "likes" you and your level if being a "yes man" drinking the company culture koolaid benefits their agenda
Seems to be a common theme of Sales running the show, promising things that can't be delivered on due to system limitations or just the typical "say whatever it takes to get the deal" and let the service side try to fix a cluster in Implementation and Support.
