Pros
Working at AMSG was a great experience! It's very small so everyone pretty much knows one another (only about 4/5 people at headquarters and the rest are usually onsite contractors). Everyone at AMSG what's to help each other succeed and perform to the best of their ability. If you want to work around great hardworking people, then this is the place for you. Being a multi-talented person is a must here, because you will need to wear many hats to get things done.
Cons
AMSG is small and focuses on government work primarily, so when the government is hurting and not putting out work/awarding it then things get slow and it hurts a small company like this one. Not what I would say is a con... just the nature of the game. They really are great at shifting things around and making things work even in tough times.
