5yHere at Advanced Legal Systems we value every review and consider it an opportunity to grow. Unfortunately this review is based on 3 weeks of employment with our company. We also determined during that time that the skill set of the candidate did not match the job requirements. Under normal circumstances, our team goes through personalized training and development plans tailored to their individual areas of opportunity. That assessment is done after 30 - 60 days where the employee and the supervisor develop a custom action plan. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, our company had to make the difficult decision of downsizing our team and we didn’t have the opportunity to follow our normal training directives. At Advanced Legal Systems, we strive to have positive communication and support for our team from the smallest tasks to the largest projects. Through this process, we ensure that our most valuable asset, our people, are set up for success and armed with the tools and knowledge needed to perform their job with excellence. We will continue to improve our processes in preparation for future growth to ensure prospect hires feel supported.
