In my department, we are very tight-knitted. 3. The CEO believes in young talent and he also believes that they should be properly compensated. 4. AIS is big on health. We have a staff gym and the company sponsors us for all 5k run/walk events. We also get sponsored to go to the Reggae Marathon every year, including hotel stays for the entire weekend.
