      A tech company for those who like the beauty of North Idaho. Five weeks of PTO after 10 years.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch. Senior staff believe that the problems with company morale is not their problem and no follow up action when they say that they will address morale. Speculation: the CEO is okay with employee attrition as it makes the company appear more profitable.

      Pros

      Not sure why the negative reviews. Good company and the people are work are fun. Going through changes which makes things feel chaotic, but change means growth. Great hours with half day fridays!

      Could use some more employee activities.

      Competitive pay for the area. Good culture when I left. VP of Engineering really strives for team building. You get out what you put in.

      Workload can be heavy. Hours can be long.
