Pros

You are able to be somewhat on your own schedule unless a project manager or supervisor allows late sample drop offs without alerting an analyst and then blames the analyst for poor client relations.

Cons

Little pay, bounced checks (if your check arrives) no direct deposit, no opportunity for advancement. Prepare to be the scapegoat for all of managements issues. Unrealistic work load for a 40 hour week but you'll be reprimanded for going into overtime. Poor communication and if you're not a part of upper managements "clique" get ready to feel a knife in your back on a regular basis.

Thank you for your feedback. Pay rates are competitive in the industry and constantly monitored to make sure they remain competitive. COLA was given to counter the inflation and benefits were generously improved to help our employees. This is a small company, only 150 employees and we want to make sure to take care of our employees. Our employees are not paid $35K a year (which was a normal salary at the time this review was written).
