- Relaxed work culture - flexible time in 8:00-9:30am - Managers and team leads are easy to work with - Lot of things to learn in design, qualifying and testing SMPS - people are great/ proactive especially in team Nonoy.
Cons
- can always encounter new challenges everyday - work scope is very wide, sometimes you have to wear two hats at the same time. - must learn how to juggle different projects
