      Pros

      There are lots of opportunities for overtime.

      Cons

      The overtime is not optional. Also, without the overtime, you will be making only about $20K per year. The shifts are long, and the plant is hot. This is the most unorganized and unprofessional place I've ever worked. HR is a joke. Management is a joke. They act like they WANT you to hate working here, and they work hard at making your job experience as miserable as possible.
