Pros
The company has mid-west values. 95% of the folks I met are genuine and warm. Also, some of the smartest folks I know. The CEO is an awesome dude to meet - the kind of guy you wanna smoke cigars with and sip whiskey. This vibe trickles down to the managers and supervisors I've met. The company is growing, so there is room for growth. The team I worked with have all been promoted within a year of me being at the company. Good work is recognized. Management really cares about their people. During heavy case periods, the workload can be incredible, but there's a lot of support from fellow team members and supervisors. Everyone is willing to help. You can pick up the phone and call any department and get the help you need. The company wants their employees to succeed. They even provide study groups for various certifications - certifications they pay for. Work life balance is great. Their client list has some heavy hitters. You'll get to work on some cool projects. I get paid well for what I do, but, for me, it is not enough. Nonetheless, I've stayed because of these pros.
Cons
Newer laptops. :) Bottled water (I had to put something)
