I met some great people working here, sadly they were all unhappy.

99% of employees are unhappy. No room for growth. Don't expect any raises - ever. Benefits are a joke. Management feels the right to change your job site or title/description as needed. Expect separate checks as this is how they get around not paying employees any overtime. Owner is frugal!!! Never purchases good quality office products. Cuts corners anyway possible. Never enough dental supplies ever being ordered. Management claims reason being is due to "budget". Yet, the offices produce thousands. Management personnel changes monthly if not WEEKLY. THEY are deceitful about which dental practices are actually managed by their company (over 50 offices which all keep their original business names). Do not waste your time interviewing.
