Pros
Nice place to work, great office culture (frequent employee appreciation efforts, profit sharing, everyone involved in meetings). Project work is interesting and supports a wide variety of industries.
Cons
Lancaster, PA is not a nice place to live. If you work here, you're probably going to want to live North or otherwise away from downtown. The area is becoming gentrified, but there are still lots of bad streets.
