Pros
The ACD sales team has been pretty fun to work with. you're driven to work hard and have high quotas to hit, but are rewarded handsomely for achieving it and noticed for the efforts you put in. The sales managers do what they can to make sure you have the best tools to do your job and for the most part stay out of they way--you arent bogged down by bureaucratic meetings each and every week other than 1 or 2 sales meetings.
Working remotely has its advantages, but not seeing your coworkers can be rough sometimes which is why we have biannual sales meetings at headquarters to meet everyone and socialize.
The market is continuously growing as well as brand recognition, so sales arent inherently difficult, but knowing who will need the product helps with each sale.
Cons
Marketing doesn't offer much in terms of new high quality leads. The sales team sources their own leads for the most part.
Becoming part of Bio-Techne causes a lot of migrations from one system to another and there are quite a bit of growing pains involved.
