Pros
They'll hire almost anyone. Depending on the dept you work in you can have all the overtime you want to work. Good place to work while you're looking for other employment.
Cons
Poor training & they brag about how fast they 'train'. Expectations are that you will complete training when you are on the call floor. No one is completely trained, even the supervisors. Constantly changing policies and regulations make it impossible to know which policy is correct. They do not allow you to clock in more than 5 minutes before taking calls even though it may take an additional 10-15 minutes to log onto all the needed programs. Supervisors use abusive language towards employees. No concern for the customer that is on the other end of the phone. Yelling and screaming a sale is encouraged on the call floor; very unprofessional place of employment. I've worked at 2 different locations & depts. The services were slightly different but the employees are treated the same. Make sure you are actively looking for other employment while working there. You will never know when it's your turn to be fired. Lots of backstabbing, drug and alcohol use. They allow some to miss a lot of work and stay on. Other hard working people are fired for 1st time mistake. Unfortunately, they will continue to operate because the employment environment of the area is not what it should be.
