Pros
Schedules are good, some of the co-workers and supervisors are great. Basically hired me on the spot.
Cons
Had the misfortune of picking a great schedule but getting stuck with a horrible supervisor who talks down on you if you don't know the correct answer. The pay is horrible compared to other call centers. Training isn't comprehensive and you only learn the hard stuff once you're out on the floor and have no idea how to deal with it. Place is kinda dirty and the technology is outdated. Old and slow systems really hamper the ability to get the job done under the required time metrics. Basically it's a good job to have while looking for other jobs. Not a place one would like to be with for more than a few months, God knows how people are able to stick with it for longer.
