Pros
Your colleagues are sympathetic and understands the daily struggle. They'll essentially hire just about anybody with the bare minimum qualifications since the turnover rate is so high.
Cons
Management was extremely poor. No leadership whatsoever. Expected to work overtime and come in Saturdays without pay. Extremely rude with terrible work ethics - did not ask to see if I was available to stay from 7:30pm until 10pm for "additional" training from a former employee (I get off at work at 4pm). There's always people yelling at each other (CEO and someone else) and occasionally thrown at each other. I was told to not take lunch when I'm supposed to so that I would appease the CEO so she doesn't have an excuse to get upset. When she needs you during your lunch, she would rudely scream from downstairs and basically tell you to stop your lunch to do something for her.
