Pros

This company hires anyone easily, especially for new hire. It is a place for a start. It is easy to have a flexible schedule for any day off in the middle of the week because of working on Saturday or Sunday. This company pays really good bonus. The owners are the couple who have well manner when they treat you like a real person.

Cons

The lady boss will stand behind you to look at your daily activity at the company. She has her own perception of quality in passing the test results due to customer specific request. So, the employees will have to MODIFY results to pass without any reason. Some of the required safety training materials are cut short and it is to get injure. On-field training is very minimum, and some training materials are all about the company policy on how an employee should do. The pay is very low, which is under the market rate. Most of the companies pay at least $15 or $16 for an entry, they pay $12. Even a supervisor get paid only around $30,000++/yr. So, don't expect to get raise unless you work overtime willingly DAILY, then you have a Big bonus.

Pros

Positive attitudes from coworkers, cheerful and funny management who knows how to get work done. A great place to learn and a huge stepping stone in career path, other companies liked to see all my experiences and knowledge on resume

Cons

Lots of work sometimes, can get backed up with tests without notice, some customers have strict deadlines and push management to get results, then management pushes chemists to get results to satisfy customer.. Not too much room for moving up but good step if finding placement in other companies.
