Pros
Great kids, good in clinic co workers
Cons
Management, the owners, 7 minute breaks not 15,
After the interview and hearing more about the company I was super excited to join the team. Once training was over we were sent to the clinic we were supposed to work at. It was a complete mess. I went from getting there early to not even wanting to go in. It wasn't even the clients, or my coworkers in the clinic. It was management, Human Resources, and the owners.
They say they care but they don't. They're infested with termites to the point where clients are naming and playing with the termites. Nothing happened to my knowledge. One of the owners talks down to you, belittles you, cuts you off, and tries to "put words in your mouth". The other owner does the same. Which doesn't surprise me because they're married and clearly meant for each other. Be careful what you tell Matt because it will most definitely backfire. The owner had texted me this past weekend. It was a very confusing message which she wished me good luck on the job search and told me she was done with my "games". I had never even talked to her, just her husband. She then proceeded to tell me it wasn't her, it was someone else, which she implied that I did it. It's too much drama, not enough respect or communication. Good luck to anyone who works at the south clinic. It's definitely the forgotten child and it shows.
