They do not treat the employees like they are human. Management talks about why someone was terminated (using the person's name) and expresses freely how they do not like some employees, this happens on a daily basis. They do not give you a full 1/2 hr lunches or breaks. A daily routine is to tell the employees the reasons they could get written up or given occurrences. Hostile work environment. They have a HUGE turn over rate. They do not have a good reputation with the other companies in the building they are in.
