Room to grow within company

Cons

The company caps raises at 10% of your current base pay, so even if you work hard for a promotion you'll likely be compensated far less then if they hire someone brand new with no experience. Hours keep getting cut for part time employees but the company keeps hiring new people instead of giving existing personnel the hours. No rotating schedule to provide weekends off.

Pros

It’s a pretty easy job, very fun people to work with. Hours as a driver are pretty consistent.

Cons

The pay isn’t great. It would be nice if the drivers were making at least $17 or $18 an hour. Also benefits don’t extend to health insurance only dental and vision if you are only considered part-time. Anybody that isn’t the GM, CPP, and RPP are considered part-time, regardless of the hours you get.
