* Corporate/retail training is abysmal unless the store is staffed well enough to make daily operations managable, and the AGM recognizes how critical training is to creating an effective team and is willing to put forth the time and effort to methodically train his staff. *Regional District Manager is untrustworthy, and is an incredibly divisive *Copious amounts of material waste (paper, plastic, et al) *In an attempt to reduce operating expenses, the company has instituted a scheduling software protocall that is not only tedious to use, but leaves the store understaffed by 8% on average at all times; understaffed at the evening "rush"
