Pros

Coworkers were, as a whole, friendly. Long-time customers tended to be easy to get along with and knew what they needed, which made helping them much easier.

Cons

Despite having 8+ years of parts and service experience, hired as part time at 8.50/hour. Given full time schedule and key carrier responsibilities within a month of hiring, but no title promotion, no pay raise. Given responsibility over entirety of store planograms and overstock; planned weekly scheduling; covered commercial desk extensively...still no title promotion or pay raise. Some commercial customers incredibly sexist, either refused to work with me at all or hit on me constantly. After 9 months working there, only received a pay raise (25 CENTS) after I put in my two week notice.

Pros

A lot of schedule flexibility

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism/bad management, especially in the DC that I work in. (DC-41)

Pros

It’s a pretty easy job, very fun people to work with. Hours as a driver are pretty consistent.

Cons

The pay isn’t great. It would be nice if the drivers were making at least $17 or $18 an hour. Also benefits don’t extend to health insurance only dental and vision if you are only considered part-time. Anybody that isn’t the GM, CPP, and RPP are considered part-time, regardless of the hours you get.
