Great enviroment. Great hours and schedule.

Arguments with other drivers, regular misunderstandings.

Flexible hours not much else

The company doesn't care much for it's employees beyond legal obligation, Bonuses are rare and when they are given they're minimal, Benefits are a joke at a part time level. also there is no breakroom only a desk with a 20 year old microwave and a 10 year old fridge (if you are lucky)
