Management is encouraging, receptive to discussing and resolving problems, and care about their employees. The employees company-wide are generous with their time, team players, and motivated. No one is ever too busy to stop and share knowledge or provide a helping hand. And finally, the benefits are beyond outstanding, and the company continues to look for more ways to provide exceptional care for their employees.

Some communication and silos happen between departments, but this has been one of the key things the company has worked on in the past year. They continually are working to improve.
