Pros

Colleagues, office environment and office location is good.

Cons

1. They'll make sure you don't get to the end of your probation. 2. A QA has too many demands placed on them; even if they are met, they will not be able to survive. Reread the first sentence. 3. It is acceptable if you are joining the company as a developer, but it is not a good location for a tester. 4. I have observed many people who were on probation being fired by Adtraction during my time there including developers, tester and managers.

Pros

I've worked at Adtraction for several years. I started as an intern and have since advanced in the company. Adtraction has always been super transparent and fair to us employees, the culture is good and I feel like Adtraction truly cares about it's employees. One great example of Adtraction appreciating us employees is the fact, that we have a global conference every year, which everyone gets to attend. It's so nice to get to meet different people from 12 different countries, learn from each other and exchange ideas from different markets. Adtraction has big goals, so every account manager and employee should strive to achieve those goals. I am personally a very goal oriented employee, so I find this a super motivating environment. One of the best sides at working at Adtraction is that you truly get a view of your local market's e-commerce vertical. I love how there's a lot of different tasks and it's great to get an overview of different verticals and a big client base. Overall I like it here very much, love my collagues

Cons

Can't really think of any at the moment

Pros

The company has a strong sense of character and authenticity, what you see is what you get. You’re encouraged to be your true self, which creates a very open and accepting culture. People here genuinely want to get things done and push for excellence. There’s a high level of trust: if you’re ambitious and driven, you’ll have full freedom to work in the way that suits you best. Hiring is very much based on fit, which leads to a strong, cohesive team culture. If you don't fit, you will notice it right away.

Cons

Internal communication can sometimes be a bit shaky. Misalignments and misunderstandings occur due to fast growth Some internal processes need more structure and clarity to support the next phase of growth.
