Pros
There’s no micromanagement here — leadership truly trusts you to do your job and gives you ownership over your clients and workflow. Work-life balance is a real priority, which was a huge change (in the best way) coming from agency life. The difference is honestly night and day.
There are solid incentives and renewal bonuses that make hard work feel recognized, and the benefits are great. The onboarding process is supportive and engaging, and the team is genuinely helpful and willing to knowledge share. You also get plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through client work or side projects.
It’s remote-first and flexible, with in-person opportunities for team events or if your local to one of the offices. Overall, it’s a really positive, motivating place to work.
