Pros

Good co workers, great immediate manager.

Cons

This company is a huge company that exploits the latino community. Corporate (Adriana Fregoso and her minions) push to CHARGE CHARGE CHARGE broker fee no matter what, they push for you to sell the policies no matter what, meaning change coverage from full coverage to liability, or any way possible. Unfortunately the latino community only looks at the price and doesn't care about the coverage until an accident. They constantly make errors on paychecks and take 2 weeks to fix minimum. They advertise referral fees but the the agent selling the policy in reality is paying to the referral fee. The majority of the managers and corporate folks are family members, they like to hire NEW licensees so they can push you around. The hours are weak!! 11-8pm sat and sun also, but different hours. You will get a lot of complaints here because of the product you sell, so be prepared, they have trash programs and again they only care of about the money upfront because the policies constantly cancel. The pay is minimum or commission. Oh and they will hire anyone even if you aren't licensed.
