      If requested, management really does try and pass work to you that will help expand your knowledge and experience base. Whether with hydraulic design, hydrologic design, or street plans, utility design, etc. If you lean in, you will glean so much through working here.

      Cons

      There are some seasons where the work given is the same, time and again, without variety. Grading plans, Street Plans, Grading Plans, Street Plans. But it's also the nature of the industry of residential land development.

      Pros

      Good company to work for. Great team environment. I learned a lot during my time there. Fun company parties/outings.

      Cons

      Vacation and sick time is lacking although I was always approved to take unpaid time off for vacations. No PPO health insurance plan offered.

      Pros

      Small 70 ish employee company and people are willing to help when you need it.

      Cons

      Office vibe is not super fun compared to a construction company. It's very sit at the desk and work work.
