Company culture is great, teamlead is nice, almost full homeoffice. good work life balance. Team is very small feels like a small family.
Cons
As with every consulting company projects can vary. Salary is on the lower end. Members of the team dont spend more than 2 years in the company meaning most of the members are likely underpaid too.
